Ever After on the Stewarts Farm

Those bedtime stories always end like this, “and they lived happily ever after". Wonder if they really did, I think not really. Marriage is beautiful and hard work all at once. You will experience wonderful highs and all time lows. Our marriage counsellor put it this way- “marriage is a magnifying glass, what you love and hate about the person you marry will only magnify during marriage.” So true, in the midst of sheer unspeakable joy, growing to dance in sync, being able to read each others minds, being vulnerable, and learning to forgive are just some of the elements that make your story able to live on in the “happily ever after” time and over again. My “Ever After” sessions are meant to just document you and your love right in the moment you are- being very honest, raw and grateful for love.
The Stewarts went through some tough times, a fire, losing everything, starting from the ground up, thriving, dwelling and still staying strong through it all is a testament to the “happily ever after”. This wasn’t an anniversary, family or birthday session, it was simply documenting them in their season of rejuvenation, change and growth.
